If we understand the phenomenon by which we get unhappy, we all have immediate escape unhappiness. You should just have to be calm, thoughtful. Weakness is a certain beauty. Look beyond appearances, discover the true beauty .... The beauty is that of grace, the innocence, love, forgiveness, lack of conflict.
