weight loss/farfetched/wtf?


every look on the internet how to lose weight???


well u see things like this:

"What you can eat for a day?
-apples
-boiled vegetables
-mashed vegetables
-oranges and mandarins
-kiwi
-fruit all sorts (not dressed)
-fruit puree (without sugar)
What can you drink? It is tea (green is preferable), coffee (without sugar) and mineral water."


wtf really no sugar???? no meat???? and no success anyway???

sugar=fat??? if u think this you fail sugar has no calories at all (unless consumed in large concentrations which u would dye from)

meat=weight??? ever hear the expression "muscle weights more than fat"? same thing here but the only difference is u don't get that weight in you body(altho it really helps your body with upkeep)

what else is there and mostlikely its all false anyway

except?---eat right(don't eat more than you need da!!!) exercise(if u do nothing to burn calories then really how do you expect to lose weight if u still eat[not eating is malnutrition])

thats exactly what i mean

i can gain or lose roughly 4-5kgs of weight a day depending on what i ate and drank the day befor and that day

i kinda think eat a moderate amout and you will balance at an appropriate weight

but i hate when people go bulnemic and anorexic because then they can't stop


i eat generally anything and everything i think is tasty but i make sure i get meat fruit vegtables and everything like that. basically i top out at a weight of 120-130 depending on the day right now(normally between120 and 125)

If you're a guy trying to loose weight, don't eat less ..just excersize more. Also, try not to eat after 6 pm.
(Provided u aint eating blatently bad-for-u foods)

you tell us what to eat but you consider doing sport? It is the best way to loose weight. Make sport every day or at least three times a week, run in the park make fitness, play basket, voley whatever you like. Eat every thing your heart wants and you will see by doing sport you wont get fat ;)
