yes if the guy is trust worthy. but i will investigate first. there is so many bad in this earth. very kind in net but the truth is he is killer just looking for his victim in net.
i am the person not easy to trust. easy to lie in net but if he will piad all the expenses i think ill consider it as good invitation.

I have know a few people here in the US to do that, especially for Asian women. Wealthy business men, and oh yeah, if he is American i guarantee he is married and wont be telling his wife about it. Depends on the country of course, if he is from a civilized country and you know what his expectations (sex) are, do it.

No Vicky I would not invite a net friend on a vacation, but I am not wealthy. If I were wealthy I would...probably invite them on a cruise and give them their own bedroom for the vacation so they dont feel obligated or nervous if we didnt click. As for me, I would respectfully decline and invite them to come stay with me for a week at my home instead.

I absolutely feel some risk. The country the person lives in is paramount to the decision. I would never meet someone in a 3rd world country. If they want to take you on a vacation to London, England, what could really happen? The paperwork trail is there so they will not get away with it. However if they asked me to on vacation to brazil or something i would laugh at them. Hence my suggestion, invite them to your home country instead. That way they are the one taking the risk.

only for one day? no way! i need at least 48 hours to settle any new place. when i go somewhere, i make sure that i have a good time. so it will take me for at least 15 to 20 days for me if i go somewhere beyond my country & it's also because i might never be there again. thats why i said this...

it was 4 yrs back. jan 2006. i didn't have too many friends. i guess i am not good in friendship. i don't have much places to visit & get outta medical books. so i made myself to visit cox's bazar alone. i don't wanna talk about that great place beside it's a place near bay of bengal. google it if u want.
on the way i got out from buss near cox's bazar & took a bus to tecnaf. it was not planned. this is the end portion of bangladesh territory near myanmar . there is a river which called naf that divides these two country & so the name was tecnaf. even naf is divided into half.
i reached there at 1300. got into a hotel, got freshed. i was so much impatient to see the bay. i took a rickshaw, a transporting system. a type of tri-cycle. the driver was a 19 yrs boy. i started being friend with him. he was so curious to know me as i was alone in such a place. took a beer belongs to myanmar & illegal. but it was available to native ppl like him. i started travelling & put the beer into another bottle to avoid police. :P
we roamed some places. i saw there was BDR (officials who guard border) build some special building made up of bamboo rear the middle way of naf river. more than 15 fishermen were there catching fish by a huge net. there was 4 to 5 BDR there. first i was kinda uninvited to that building but as i was alone with a 19 yrs kid, they allowed me to sit on the bridge that connect the building to the main street. it was amazing. i'm just in between 2 countries, above a river & i can see the shore where the river is connected to the bay with the clear sky. it was a dream come true.
then after passing some time there i went off for hill. i love seeing sea from hill. i got into a place that belonged to a graveyard of ppl who were among Buddhism. it was huge. i got up into the hill with that kid. he was enjoying my company.
the more climbed the more adventurous i became. then at the top of that hill i took a place to sit & enjoy views.
all on a sudden i saw 2 ppl coming with 2 rifles with them. i got scared. they came to me & asked about my identification. i said & they said they are here for hunting deers. i asked about being their company. they accepted me & said it could get ugly if we meet with an elephant. i was careless. walk with them with that 19 yrs old kid. as we were approaching, for near about 20 min later i saw another man. he was angry with being there & said that there is an elephant near. i got scared. but still walked with them. then i saw an elephant playing with dusts as it was water & it was swimming. it was another hill near where we were. near about 500 feet away. i guess it though. i tried to catch it by my mobile camera. but it was outta resolution. after some time me & that kid started to return after saying good by to them.
as we were walking happily, someone from behind shouted as he was running that the elephant is on it's way for us. i was running for my life for the first time. :)
i came where we first started our journey with those hunters, climbed down the hill & made myself to see the bay i was waiting for. the the beach was empty of ppl. i was lone there. loved that place with hills behind me. i stayed there for 1 night & 2 days then return to cox's bazar. nothing much happened there & returned home...

what an adventure!
the most risky I did was when I was 14 or 15. I went with some friends and stayed in a place occupied by communist rebels. i was just curious to see them. I was so carried away seeing the young rebels.... the women were so good in martial arts and firing. I was so stupid I did not secure my belongings. An old man went near me holding my ID. He asked me.."are you a military dependent?" For a while life stood still for me and my friends. I saw my friends pale face. I said yes. We were ushered home that very minute. My friends were all angry with me for spoiling the adventure.

True. Often something is expected for the favours...
probably a relationship?
What if an extremely wonderful guy, e.g. a US or Swiss national who bared all his good info for you (verifiable and true), expressed his intention to marry you, hoping to meet you first..... you like the guy and ur also interested in knowing him, but he is far and this chance is the only means for you to meet.....will you go?

No....I will still not go.
I will never fall for a guy who will not be able to visit me. If he has a good character ( according to immigration control...Lolzz) and money...he should have no problem to visit me. If he does not have these two along with some good education ...he is nto good enough for me ( hey! thats a good criteria to choose a guy...Lollzzz)
I will want him to make the first visit....he is my prince charming...my knight in shining armour...he should be the one to take all the trouble, fly in white plane ( in absence of a horse!) and visit me!! Hey....a girl should have her pride and vanity!! :)
